We are a family business with our roots firmly in Bolton, where we all live and work. The family ethos extends to our team too, many of whom have been with us since our inception in 2007.
William Thomas began in essence decades earlier. As a property developer, dad’s experience in the property industry became the founding influence over the business that exists today. His values have also passed on, and our brand is about honesty, accuracy and attention to detail at every stage.
Established in 2007, our agency has grown from strength to strength throughout global recessions, a global housing market crash, Brexit and most recently the Coronavirus pandemic, yet we continue to be the number one independent agency for sales agreed in the North Bolton area.
